Single Origin

We select coffees from around the world based on their cup quality to become our single origin offerings. These coffees are roasted to specific roast profiles and then cupped to determine which characteristics create the best cup experience. Each Great Northern Roasting Company single origin coffee has been evaluated to create the exact cup profile you should expect from specialty coffee.
